DD&A offers planning, natural resource, and environmental consulting services to local, regional, state, and federal agencies, in addition to private landowners and developers. We specialize in preparing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, as well as providing regulatory permit acquisition, mitigation monitoring and reporting/condition compliance, and public outreach services. DD&A's Natural Resource Division consists of a multidisciplinary team of scientists that provide expert biological and ecosystem analysis services, as well as biological monitoring services for all phases of construction.
